studio policies
Refund Policy – All class packages, drop-in fee, workshops are non-refundable and non-transferable. We can not pause/freeze any class packages, unlimited monthly packages or autopay packages.
*All Pricing Packages listed will activate on date purchased.
Expiration Date Policy – Class packages cannot be extended. Leftover classes on a Class Pass after expiration can be rolled over by purchasing a new Class Pass. To receive a roll over, the request must be made at the time of new purchase. Classes that have been rolled over must be used within the expiration date of the new class pass and cannot be extended or rolled over beyond that expiration date. (this policy applies to sessions class passes only- unlimited packages and drop-in fees cannot be rolled over) Note: Roll overs can only happen once to a package, if it expires again, you cannot roll it over twice, no exceptions.
*Autopay -3 Month Commitment – auto renewing at the end of 3 months unless a 30-day written notice is given to PūrYoga LLC before the next billing – NONFUNDABLE / NONTRANSFERABLE - NON-PAUSABLE / NON-FREEABLE.
*All 5 Class Passes expire 2 months from purchase date and are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
* All 10 Class Passes expire 4 months from purchase date and are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
*All 20 Class Passes expire 6 months from purchase date and are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
*** Drop-in Fee – expire two weeks from date of purchase. non-refundable and non-transferable.
**** 21 & Under Rate : This rate is available to clients 21 & Younger. A valid driver’s license showing date of birth is required to verify eligibility.
***** Introductory Rate: $30 for 30 Days Unlimited: The Introductory Rate is available only to new clients who have never attended classes at PūrYoga. Each client may have only one account. Duplicate accounts will be merged. Any Intro Rate purchased under a second account will be refunded, and a new package must be purchased to continue attending classes. Introductory rates are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-pausable, and non-freezable. No exceptions apply.
Late Arrival Policy – Students are not admitted to class late. Classes will start promptly, and door will remain closed.
Class Reservation, Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before class.
Class Packages and Drop-in Passes: Late cancellations and no-shows will result in loss of the class credit and may incur an additional Late Cancel/No-Show fee. Multiple occurrences will result in Late Cancel/No-Show fees and a 7-Day booking suspension (booking access will automatically resume after the suspension period) Continued occurrences will result in permanent suspension from booking classes

Lost & Found – all lost and found items will be removed bi-weekly.
For space and sanitation reasons, we’re unable to store yoga mats. Any mat left behind will be donated after one week, even if we’re notified. We kindly ask that all personal items be picked up promptly.
