Todd Perren

Todd began teaching at PūrYoga in December 2017 after obtaining his RYT-200. Todd's love for yoga started years before after his running career came to an abrupt end. His back and hips forced him to turn his running addiction into a yoga addiction. Yoga rewired his body to get his muscles firing again eliminating his back and hip pains.

Today Todd likes to focus his classes on muscle engagement and a slower flow to build muscle memory. Todd is one energetic, uplifting dude that leaves you feeling strong and empowered.
